I am a graphic designer. I started designing magazines and books while I was at college.

My first job was at Republik magazine where I worked for almost three years. After that, I became involved in the design process of Omagiu magazine. Both were groundbreaking magazines on the Bucharest scene. In 2007, I became the Art Director of Esquire magazine in Romania. Between November 2008 and April 2010 I was the Art Director at Men’s Health, Romania.

In addition to my work in the film industry (including Transilvania International Film Festival, Libra Film, Next Film Festival, Romanian Film Festival in New York and Estenest foundation), I am the founding Art Director of independent magazines Decat o Revista and Punctum (a photography magazine). They both launched in 2009.

I hold a B.A. in Photography & Multimedia at the University of Art in Bucharest and I studied typeface design, the short programme, at the University of Reading, UK. In July 2010 I moved to Qatar to lead the design team at the Doha Film Institute.
